Telehealth, location, and eligibility
- Telehealth only at launch; there is no physical clinic location initially.
- Patients must be physically located in Colorado during telehealth visits.
- Adults 18+ and adolescents 18 and under with guardian consent can be seen.
- Some concerns require in-person evaluation; we do not manage emergencies.
- If you have Medicaid, please reach out using the Contact Us form before booking an appointment.
Services we provide
- Gender-affirming care (GAHT) with intake, shared decision-making, and follow-up planning.
- Puberty suppression services when clinically appropriate and within standards of care.
- LGBTQ+ inclusive primary care support, preventive planning, and chronic condition follow-up.
- Sexual health screening, STI testing, and treatment coordination as needed.
- Lab monitoring ordered through external facilities; Labcorp sites are preferred when available.
Pricing, tiers, and financial support
- Transparent direct-pay model with per-visit and membership care options.
- Sliding-scale tiers A–D; Tier C and D require self-attestation and may be capped.
- Sliding scale applies to visit fees and memberships only.
- Limited hardship sponsorship may cover visit or membership fees and medically necessary labs.
Fees, policies, and transparency
- No-show fee: $50.
- Late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice): $25.
- Returned or reversed payments may incur a $25 processing fee.
- Forms or documentation outside a visit may include a small administrative fee.
- Fees may be reduced or waived at the clinic’s discretion in hardship or error situations.
- Submitting a form does not establish a clinician–patient relationship.
These policies help cover scheduling time, banking and processing costs, and secure technology and compliance requirements—so base visit costs stay as low as possible.
