Evergreen Ember Wellness is telehealth only at launch. There is no physical clinic location initially. Labs and imaging are coordinated through external facilities when clinically appropriate.
Limits of telehealth
Some concerns require in-person evaluation, vital signs, or urgent testing. We do not manage emergencies.
